About the Artist

Rachel earned a dual B.F.A. in Art Education and Fiber at the Massachusetts College of Art and M.F.A. at Cranbrook Academy of Art. Her work has been featured on the cover of FiberArtsmagazine, November 2007, and in the Surface Design Journal, Spring 2009. Her sculpture is included in the permanent collection of Arrowmont School of Arts and Crafts. 

Rachel shares her passion for textile arts, instructing at the New Art Center in Newton, Fuller Craft Museum, Essex Art Center, and Lexington High School.
